- Manages a large caseload (Estimated between 75 – 100 Cases) of criminal defense and family law.Manage full case handling responsibilities from inception through settlement.Independently handle decision making on a case-by-case basis.Regularly consult with clients and other parties as needed to effectively move cases forward and to settlement.Develop a strategic approach and provide leadership and direction to paralegals and legal assistants.Work as part of a team with all levels of experience.Cultivate relationships with the existing firms and future clients.Monthly case reviews.Enter time entries and detailed notes daily into case management system.Foster and maintain an excellent rapport with clients through consistent communication and thorough advisement.
- Be a graduate of an accredited law school and be licensed to practice law and be in good standing with the Florida Bar Association.Be bilingual English-Spanish
