Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with other maintenance team members and provide support or coverage as needed.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance according to established schedules and performance metrics to enhance equipment reliability.
• Utilize appropriate tools to safely disassemble and reassemble machine components during scheduled maintenance activities.
• Apply solvents, lubricants, and cleaning agents to ensure proper machine functionality and longevity.
• Assess equipment condition and recommend improvements to procedures, repairs, or component replacements when necessary

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required, with 1-2 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Experience working with high-speed packaging, processing, or general manufacturing equipment is preferred.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Demonstrated capability to perform well under pressure while maintaining professionalism and respect for others.
• Solid technical aptitude with the ability to apply basic electrical and mechanical principles in hands-on situations.
