JOB TITLE: Logistics Coordinator

SUMMARY: Initiates, coordinates, and executes delivery and administrative support to
Agent Operations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Exercises considerable judgement in handling requests for custom
signage promptly and efficiently.
• Drive a company vehicle as needed to one of six office locations: Austin, New
Braunfels, Fredericksburg, Boerne, San Antonio for pickup or delivery.
• Monitors and maintains platform for tracking task requests for company.
• Distributes daily mail and packages to various office locations.
• Able to install yard signs of approximately 25 lbs into the ground. Able to use a
drill to install signs into rock when necessary.
• Communicates professionally with both agents and staff.
• Places and tracks orders for signage and communicates clearly with vendors.
• Helps maintain company vehicles, including maintenance, cleaning, and
organizing.
• Orders and maintains supplies; keeps sign closet organized; coordinates
equipment maintenance.
• Assists in development and implementation of department systems and
procedures as needed.
• Thoughtful about workflow and procedures.
• Assists with special projects as assigned.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable communicating
over the phone.
• Technically savvy; able to create and use Excel, Outlook, ChatGPT, and company
specific software/platforms.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Commitment to excellence and high standards.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage
priorities and workflow.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
