We have an immediate opening for an energetic, enthusiastic and highly motivated automotive compliance professional to join our growing and dynamic team! Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years’ experience in compliance training, automotive sales and finance, title, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• PA Sales License
• Valid Driver’s License
• Experience and knowledge of federal and state compliance regarding vehicle sales and finance
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, Word, Excel, and Internet browsers

Responsibilities:

• Updating FTC Safeguards, Red Flags and Privacy Notices
• Focus on internal audits to reduce risks
• Updating of dealership and sales licenses (PALS), banking licenses, criminal histories, PAA certifications, Dealer Agent Service system
• Maintain records for DOT
• Point contact for employees for Reynolds
• Updating Reynolds system with form and information relating to the variable operation
• Manage and provide support to our variable platforms including, but not limited to, VAuto, DealerTrack, DocuSign, Carfax, Ally
• Travel to Ciocca Automotive Dealerships within the Western Division
