Job Description
We have an immediate opening for an energetic, enthusiastic and highly motivated automotive compliance professional to join our growing and dynamic team! Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3-5 years’ experience in compliance training, automotive sales and finance, title, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- PA Sales License
- Valid Driver’s License
- Experience and knowledge of federal and state compliance regarding vehicle sales and finance
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, Word, Excel, and Internet browsers
Responsibilities:
- Updating FTC Safeguards, Red Flags and Privacy Notices
- Focus on internal audits to reduce risks
- Updating of dealership and sales licenses (PALS), banking licenses, criminal histories, PAA certifications, Dealer Agent Service system
- Maintain records for DOT
- Point contact for employees for Reynolds
- Updating Reynolds system with form and information relating to the variable operation
- Manage and provide support to our variable platforms including, but not limited to, VAuto, DealerTrack, DocuSign, Carfax, Ally
- Travel to Ciocca Automotive Dealerships within the Western Division
