Job Title: Compliance Analyst
What you will bring:
As a Compliance Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that ACBB complies with applicable federal and state laws and regulations. You will collaborate with various departments to assess compliance, manage risks, and create detailed reports for senior management.
Essential Duties:
1. Compliance Monitoring & Testing
- Execute enterprise compliance review programs testing ACBB's compliance with applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
- Assess identified findings, determine root causes, propose risk ratings, and draft recommendations.
- Coordinate closure verification testing and ensure adherence to departmental guidelines.
- Assist with documenting and entering findings and action plans into the compliance management module.
2. Risk Analysis & Reporting
- Prepare and submit accurate, timely, and thorough compliance reports for management.
- Draft clear, concise, and value-driven compliance testing reports.
- Communicate findings and collaborate with management on remediation plans.
3. Collaboration & Communication
- Foster relationships with functional areas across the bank to ensure effective compliance monitoring.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to communicate compliance requirements and embed compliance into decision-making.
4. Policy & Procedure Development
- Draft or update standard operating procedures as needed.
5. Audit & Examination Support
- Assist with compliance audits and regulatory examinations.
6. Training & Mentorship
- Provide guidance and assist staff with preliminary work paper reviews.
7. Special Projects & Committees
- Participate in compliance risk management activities.
- Attend the Consumer Compliance Committee.
Basic Qualifications/Skills:
- Education/Training: A minimum Associates Degree, prefer a Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field—or 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in compliance, internal audit, or risk management in banking or financial services.
- Technical Skills: Demonstrated ability to perform complex analysis and provide insights and recommendations to business and/or risk and compliance partners; Advanced knowledge of federal banking regulations (e.g., BSA, UDAAP, Regulation E); Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; Familiarity with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools is preferred.
- Certifications: Professional certifications preferred, i.e., Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM), Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
- Attributes: Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Physical Demands / Working Environment:
- It is a requirement is to be physically present at the Camp Hill, PA office (3 days in office, 2 days from home).
- Primarily sedentary, requiring occasional movement throughout the office environment.
- Effective communication via phone and email, with the ability to use automated systems accurately.
