The "Opportunity Garden" Framework

We’ve designed our employee experience around three core pillars to ensure you don’t just work—you flourish:

The Role: Pool Service Technician

While we provide the environment, we need you to provide the expertise. In this role, you will be the primary architect of water health, equipment functionality, and safety standards across residential and commercial properties.

Your Daily Impact:

  • Aquatic Excellence: Perform routine pool maintenance, including cleaning, vacuuming, and debris removal to ensure water clarity and cleanliness.

  • Chemical Mastery: Test water parameters (pH, chlorine, alkalinity) and safely apply balancing agents in accordance with regulations.

  • Technical Support: Maintain and troubleshoot pumps, filters, heaters, and circulation systems, performing minor repairs and component replacements.

  • Seasonal Versatility: Drive property transformations through spring openings and fall closings, and transition into essential snow and ice management during winter months.

The Essentials for Growth (KSAs)

To truly thrive in this role, you’ll need a solid foundation of skills and the right mindset:

  • Knowledge: Working knowledge of WHMIS, OHS, and safe chemical handling; understanding of pool water quality and sanitation standards.

  • Skills: Proficiency in using water testing kits, hand tools, and mobile service software for documentation and tracking.

  • Abilities: The physical capability to lift, carry, and perform repetitive tasks in varying weather conditions, combined with a reliable "Can-Do" attitude.

Ready to Branch Out? Your Future Starts Here

At Park, we don’t just hire—we plant the seeds for long-term success. If you’re looking for a workplace where your "Can-Do" attitude is rewarded with real opportunity, you’ve found it.

When you join our garden, you’re gaining:

  • Visible Career Paths: Clear milestones for advancement and raises.

  • Innovative Tools: Latest technology to make your job smoother, smarter, and safer.

  • Impactful Work: Pride in the physical transformation of our community.

  • A Culture of Respect: A high-trust environment where your voice is heard.

Park is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive "Opportunity Garden" for all employees.
