Job Description
Data & Reporting Specialist
Location: Plymouth, MN -Remote
Company: JNR Adjustment Company
About the Role
We are looking for a Data & Reporting Specialist to help advance our data solutions and take over critical reporting functions. This role is focused on freeing up manual hours by automating reports and ensuring our data systems run smoothly. You will be the primary support for our month-end reporting and will help build new interactive tools to support business growth.
Core Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must be proficient in:
- tSQL: You should be comfortable writing and updating queries to pull data.
- Report Builder: You should be comfortable creating and updating RDL reports in Report Builder.
- Advanced Excel: You should be a power user capable of managing complex spreadsheets and data snapshots.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
We are looking for someone who can help us grow into newer technologies. While not required, experience in the following is a major plus:
- Automation & Scripting: Knowledge of Power Automate, Macros, or Python to streamline workflows and speed up code development.
- Interactive Reporting: Experience with Power BI for creating filtered, user-driven dashboards.
- AI Integration: Familiarity with Copilot Agents to assist with coding and task automation.
- Support & Systems: Experience with CRM/ERP software support or technical ticketing systems like Zendesk or Jira.
- Certifications: CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or Microsoft Certified Professional.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, update, and maintain reports, including month-end reports.
- Automate reports that are currently being pulled manually to improve business efficiency.
- Explore and implement new requests for Copilot Agents and Macros to streamline business processes.
