  • Support targeted and signal-based outreach initiatives through research, context validation, and initial prospect engagement
  • Prepare concise briefing notes and background summaries for partners ahead of client or prospect interactions
  • Maintain consistent pipeline tracking, follow-ups, and lead management activities across inbound and outbound efforts
  • Participate in pipeline reviews, cadence meetings, and signal discussions to support growth strategy alignment
  • Ensure accurate documentation and routing of all qualified opportunities within CRM systems
Requirements

You bring early-to-mid level sales or business development experience and are comfortable operating in a structured, high-volume lead environment. You are detail-oriented, proactive, and confident engaging prospects at first touch while supporting broader growth initiatives.

  • 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead qualification roles
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with professional client engagement abilities
  • Experience working with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Microsoft Dynamics is preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Analytical mindset with ability to assess lead quality and interpret business signals
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with competing priorities
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage follow-up activities independently
  • Prior experience in accounting, consulting, or professional services is a plus
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation: $75,000 – $85,000
  • Remote or hybrid work flexibility
  • Progressive and generous time-off policy
  • People-first culture focused on trust, inclusion, and professional growth
  • Opportunities for career development within a fast-growing organization
  • Exposure to diverse, mission-driven, and highly regulated industries
