Professional In-Home Dog Groomer – Independent Contractor

The Peaks Pet Nanny is expanding!

We are looking for an experienced, professional Dog Groomer to join The Peaks Pet Nanny as an Independent Contractor and provide premium in-home dog grooming throughout Northern New Jersey.

This is a unique opportunity for a skilled groomer who enjoys working one-on-one with dogs and their families and wants the freedom of working independently—without the environment of a busy salon or grooming van.

What You'll Do
Provide professional grooming services inside clients' homes
Groom dogs of a variety of breeds, sizes, and coat types
Provide a calm, personalized grooming experience for each pet
Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with clients
Clean and leave the grooming area neat after each appointment
Travel to clients throughout your established service area

Flexible Monday–Friday scheduling
No weekends initially

What You Bring
Professional dog grooming experience is required
Experience grooming a variety of breeds, sizes, and coat types
Excellent dog-handling skills
Professional grooming equipment and supplies
Reliable transportation
Ability to work independently in clients' homes
Strong customer service and communication skills
