About This Position
Hoosick Falls, NY - Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Licensed Practical NurseWork closely with RNs and physicians to deliver patient care, monitor vital signs, assist with medical procedures, and provide patient education. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, compassionate, and experienced in nursing.
Requirements:
- Active LPN license
- Minimum 1 year of practical nursing experience (LTC/SNF)
- BLS certification
- Flexibility to work per diem shifts
