We're looking for Residential Garage Door Technician who are mechanically inclined, dependable, and eager to learn the garage door trade from the ground up. You'll begin with side-by-side training under experienced technicians and, once confident, move into running your own service calls with a company vehicle, the right tools, and the trust to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential garage doors, openers, springs, rollers, and related hardware.
• Complete new product installations as required.
• Deliver excellent customer service by explaining repairs and solutions clearly and respectfully.
• Maintain safety standards while working on-site and in compliance with company policies.
• Keep company vehicle and tools stocked, clean, and organized.
• Accurately complete service tickets and documentation.
• Promote and upsell products and services when appropriate.
• Participate in on-call emergency service rotation (after hours).

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in OverHead Garage Doors, construction, carpentry, electrical, automotive, or related mechanical trades preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Mechanically inclined with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and eager to learn.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Ability to work independently once trained.

Schedule

• Full-Time: Monday - Friday
• Standard daytime hours with occasional after-hours emergency service rotation.
