Job Description
Human Touch Home Health is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to provide in-home therapy services in Spotsylvania County.
Sign on BONUS $5,0000 Responsibilities: Perform in-home PT evaluations Develop and implement treatment plans per physician orders Provide skilled therapy to improve mobility, strength, and balance Educate patients and caregivers Complete timely documentation and collaborate with care teams Supervise PTA as applicable Qualifications: Licensed Physical Therapist – Virginia Minimum 3 years PT experience (home health preferred) EMR experience (WellSky/Kinnser or Homecare Homebase preferred) OASIS experience a plus Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation Benefits: Competitive pay Flexible scheduling Mileage reimbursement Medical, dental, vision (Full-time) Paid time off & holidays (Full-time) EAP, Aflac, Direct deposit Apply today and join a team with 27+ years of home health excellence.
