Job description: We are looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to manage all aspects of logistics throughout our supply chain. The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and providing efficient transportation and storage solutions for the entire life cycle of our products, from the acquisition of raw materials to final product distribution.

A successful Logistics Coordinator should be able to ensure efficient and cost-effective supply chain operations, maintain relationships with customers, be able to promptly resolve distribution issues, and have strong negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing supply chain operations.
• Organizing and managing transportation; support inventory and warehouse operations.
• Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures.
• Reviewing, preparing, and routing purchase orders.
• Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up, tracking and delivery of shipments.
• Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and carriers’ performance.
• Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues.
• Supervise orders and equipment to ensure they meet internal and external customers’ needs
• Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers etc. to achieve KPI’s
• Customer Service Oriented
• Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards of our company.
• Developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and measurable.
• Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively
• Interacting with customers and handling customer queries and complaints in a timely manner
• Developing customer satisfaction goals and coordinating with the team to meet them on a steady basis.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as Logistics Coordinator.
• Strong Experience in customer service
• Experience in food manufacturing industry
• Knowledge of DOT laws, regulations, and ISO requirements
• Knowledge of FTL, LTL, refrigerated, storage and warehouse operations.
• Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
• Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software
• Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• BS/BA in business administration, supply chain management or relevant field
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Working under pressure
