About Amplify-Now

Amplify is a strategy execution management platform that empowers organizations to plan, manage, track and optimize their strategic initiatives efficiently. Trusted by the world’s leading organizations, our SaaS platform enables them to drive better decision-making, improve collaboration, and achieve success in executing their business strategies.

Founded in Adelaide in 2008, Amplify is the category leader with teams across Los Angeles, Austin, Toronto, London, Mumbai, and Adelaide. We're trusted by our customers to track billions of dollars in measurable benefits across their most critical programs — from M&A integration and cost transformation to innovation and enterprise-wide change.

Every person we hire has real influence on the product and how we serve the world's largest enterprises. If you want to join the team that helps organizations turn strategy into outcomes, we'd love to talk.

Job Overview

We're looking for an analytical, client-focused Solution Design Consultant to design and configure Amplify for our clients across EMEA. You'll translate each client's strategy, governance and value-tracking requirements into practical, scalable Amplify configurations — from onboarding through go-live and into hypercare — and make sure they land right first time.

This is a hands-on role in our Onboarding & Implementation team. You'll work on several client implementations at a time, partnering closely with our EMEA Project Manager and Customer Success Lead, and with Reporting and Support colleagues across Australia, North America and India, so every client experiences one seamless delivery. We want every implementation to deepen client outcomes so that it leads to renewed and expanded business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Discovery & Requirements – Run workshops with client PMO, transformation and finance stakeholders to understand their objectives, processes and how they track value, and turn them into clear requirements.
  • Solution Design – Design how each client's strategy, initiatives, governance and benefits tracking are set up in Amplify.
  • Configuration & Testing – Configure, test and deploy solutions with a focus on right-first-time execution, keeping rework and design-related change requests to a minimum.
  • Handoffs & Collaboration – Take a clean handover from Sales and our Pre-Sales Engineer, work with Reporting on dashboard requirements, and prepare Customer Success and our Implementation Support Desk to support the client after go-live.
  • Risk & Change – Spot risks and scope gaps early and raise them with the Project Manager before they reach the client. When existing clients need significant reconfiguration, scope the change and deliver it.
  • Documentation & Expertise – Maintain solution design documentation and configuration specifications, train client administrators, and contribute reusable patterns back to Amplify's accelerator library.

What We're Looking For

  • Analytical – Able to translate business requirements into practical, scalable solution designs, and to spot gaps before they reach the client.
  • Communication – Excellent written and verbal communication, comfortable leading workshops with senior client stakeholders and staying precise with technical teams.
  • Quality-focused – Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on right-first-time execution and documentation discipline.
  • Outcome-driven – Owns client outcomes, not just tasks, and measures success by time to value and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborative – Owns the quality of every handoff, seeks input from peers, and works well across time zones.

Qualifications + Experience

  • 3+ years in solution design, business analysis or implementation consulting, ideally implementing enterprise SaaS platforms.
  • Experience configuring strategy execution, transformation, PMO, portfolio management or value-tracking tools is highly regarded.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven client-facing experience managing several concurrent implementations with external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) and with how enterprises track initiative benefits is a plus.
  • Comfortable working independently across multiple priorities and time zones (AU/US/UK/India).
  • Based in or around London preferred, for in-region support and close collaboration with the UK team. Other remote locations will be considered for exceptional candidates.
