SENIOR MARKETING MANAGER

POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager with strong strategic skills to lead product and solution marketing, develop content development, and drive interest in our COFE® software and order fulfillment solutions. Responsibilities include developing and executing marketing strategies, enhancing brand visibility, and building B2B relationships. The ideal candidate has supply chain industry experience, proven success in content creation, and a track record of effective marketing programs.

Classification: Full Time Exempt

Reports To: Chief Commercial Officer

Supervises: N/A

Department: Sales

Travel Required: Approximate 10%

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITIES

  • Develop and execute strategic B2B marketing plans aligned with business objectives, focusing on industrial automation and supply chain solutions.
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, and partner channels to drive brand awareness and demand generation.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and partner teams to create compelling content and enablement tools that support revenue growth.
  • Manage co-marketing initiatives with ecosystem partners, ensuring alignment and mutual value.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and report on ROI.
  • Oversee the development and deployment of marketing assets using automation platforms and AI tools.
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven B2B marketing experience, preferably in industrial automation or supply chain sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategic business goals into actionable marketing plans.
  • Strong understanding of B2B ecosystems and co-marketing strategies.
  • Experience in content creation, partner marketing, and sales enablement programs.
  • Proficient in marketing automation platforms, content development tools, and AI-driven marketing technologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to optimizing marketing performance
