Assistant Store Manager in Waterloo, Illinois at R3 Baritas LLC

Looking for a high energy leader that wants a fast paced environment. Able to work with highschoolers through young adults and manage all the personalities so they all work together as a team. Coffee experience preferred but not required. You will report to the District Manager but this will be your store to manage the team on a daily basis, handle daily deposits and disburse daily tips. A backround check will be required due to handling the money. We are looking to hire immediately. Please apply if you feel you meet the above criteria. Salary plus quarterly bonus.
