Great Strides Rehab, part of the H2 Health family, is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Pediatric Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient pediatric therapy team in Jacksonville, FL. This is an exciting opportunity to support children as they build strength, confidence, and independence through movement.

Our pediatric clinics offer a fun, play-based, and collaborative environment where PTAs work closely with experienced Physical Therapists and an interdisciplinary team of OTs and SLPs to provide exceptional care.

What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality pediatric physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed PT
• Carry out individualized treatment plans focused on gross motor development, balance, gait training, coordination, and functional mobility
• Document patient progress accurately in Raintree EMR
• Support caregivers with home exercise programs and education
• Maintain a child-friendly, safe, and engaging therapy environment
• Collaborate effectively with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and clinic leadership to ensure strong outcomes

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program

Active or eligible Florida PTA license

Pediatric experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome

A passion for working with children and families

Strong professionalism, communication, and teamwork skills
