We are looking for a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Albuquerque, NM to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients homes in accordance with a physician established care plan.
This role is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care being provided at the patients residence. The current scheduling needs for this position will be established between the CNA, patient, and case manager.

Responsibilities:- Work with the patient in their home to provide one-on-one service in a comfortable and familiar setting.
- Assist with the patients activities of daily living as well as personal care.
- Light housekeeping
- Meal preparation
- Monitor vitals (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc) according to plan of care.
- Remind patient of to take medication as prescribed.
- Maintain records and documentation of services.
- Communication with the patients family, doctors, and other prescribed individuals regarding the health and care of the patient.
- Must be a CNA
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to monitor vital signs
- Dependable transportation
