MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES
Education/Background
- Bachelor's degree (Master’s preferred) in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Learning & Development, or a related field)
- At least 5 years of experience in corporate training, HR compliance, or leadership development. Equivalent experience in HR-related training and development will be considered
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is required
- Experience working with employment law, HR policies, compliance training, and talent development
- Advanced proficiency with Office 365, ADP, Articulate, and LMS platforms
- Exceptional planning, collaboration, and organizational skills are required to organize and coordinate training effectively
Other Requirements
- Candidate must pass all applicable background checks to work with children’s programs, including National FBI criminal background check and State repository check results (for all jurisdictions lived in for the past 5 years)
- Maintain and complete a TB test and receive a TDAP vaccination
- Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred
