Responsibilities:

• Scheduling, managing and helping demo, replace, and/or install multiple landscape and irrigation projects.
• Ability to design and troubleshoot irrigation systems
• Knowledge of irrigation head types and coverage zone planting
• Programing irrigation systems and educate customers on the controllers
• Prioritizing daily work assignments and schedules, delegate job tasks and manage crews.
• Conducting pre-construction walk thru with designer and client.
• Visiting job sites routinely for job status and updates.
• Proactively managing change orders as needed.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the jobsite daily, such as removing trash, organize materials, sweep, etc.
• Conducting post-construction punch list walk-through.
• Ensuring that all projects are completed on time, according to design, and within specified budget.

Qualifications:

• Ability to read landscape designs.
• Experience with irrigation systems, city water backflows, and lake pump systems
• Ability to plan and problem solve.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent prioritizing, planning and scheduling of projects and staff.
• A self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficient in managing crews, customer relations, and technical procedures of the job.
• Excellent organization and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to implement and promote best in-class production.
• Working knowledge of plant material and proper planting procedures
• General knowledge of irrigation systems and installation of hardscapes and softscapes.
• General knowledge of installation techniques for various types of hardscape materials
• Ability to implement design on proper grade
• Knowledge of technology tools such as smartphones and tablet computers.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office Suite)
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Irrigation estimating experience preferred
• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish).

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
