Guest Services Associate – Resort Property

We are currently seeking a Guest Services Associate to join our team at a luxury hotel. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work closely with housekeeping and management to ensure the highest guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding guest service and support throughout the property.

• Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.

• Coordinate with the housekeeping team and perform punch-out inspections for VIP rooms after housekeeping has completed cleaning, ensuring standards are met before guest arrival.

• Handle guest requests promptly and professionally.

• Support hotel operations with flexibility and teamwork.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in guest services, front desk, or hospitality preferred.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Detail-oriented, especially regarding room inspections and VIP preparation.

• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Schedule & Compensation:

• Full-time and part-time shifts available.
