• Teach with passion – Know your stuff and make learning fun and engaging.
• Blend art + ABA – Use behavior strategies in creative ways.
• Plan awesome lessons – Clear goals, good flow, and plenty of energy!
• Customize for every student – Adjust lessons based on individual needs.
• Differentiate like a pro – Make sure everyone can participate and grow.
• Guide the team – Give ABATs clear roles in class.
• Spark creativity – Let students explore their unique talents.
• Collaborate smart – Work with LSETs, EBSCs, and Case Managers.
• Spot talent – Recommend students for Art Club, Rock Band, etc.
• Keep learning – Attend workshops and stay fresh on best practices.
• Promote generalization – Teach skills across settings, staff, and situations.
• Lead groups & 1:1 – Teach in small and large formats with confidence.

• Create and manage Art/Music class schedules.
• Run the Art Show & co-direct the Variety Show!
• Keep your space organized and supplies ready to go.
• Care for instruments and track your budget.
• Show off student art around the school.

• Help tidy up daily and attend team meetings.
• Share cool updates on social media and in the newsletter.
• Pitch in when needed to help meet classroom ratios.
