POSITION SUMMARY

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Able to project manage new item commercialization and BOM changes
  • Be proficient in and own Item Master database
  • Become a co-owner of PLM data and software.
  • Independently manage sales & customer focused segments of our commercialization process
  • Track and Report on key sales initiatives, competitive activity, and customer/industry insights.
  • Publish reports from Nielson, or comparable syndicated data service, to Sales, Marketing and Executive Teams
  • Aid in creation of customer presentations, primarily with the addition of syndicated SKU performance data
  • Independently create new item spec sheets, with information from marketing and project management
  • Coordinate with the Marketing & Sales team with materials and samples for customer meetings.

Candidates should be self-starters with a strong work ethic and the ability to prioritize their workload to ensure timely issue resolution. In addition, this individual should possess the following skills:

  • Can work within several project management systems
  • Has general knowledge of ERP and PLM systems
  • Proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment
  • Ability and desire to learn new skills

Communication & Interpersonal Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively collaborate and problem solve in a dynamic environment

REQUIREMENTS

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Experience

  • 5+ years Sales & Marketing experience in a projector coordinator role or similar OR 5+ years Operational experience in project coordinator or similar
  • Experience in consumer products industry. Experience in food consumer products, preferred
  • Excellent skills facilitating team discussions and driving deliverables within a team
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrate discretion and confidentiality
  • Great organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple deadlines, tasks, and assignments. Keen attention to detail
  • Microsoft 365/Office products, with strong Excel skills
  • Experience using project management software (Asana or similar)
  • Experience using ERP and/or PLM Software

TRAVEL, PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT (AS APPROPRIATE FOR THE POSITION)

  • Hybrid work schedule, required to be in-office at least once a week
  • Regularly required to operate standard office equipment
  • Ability to work on a computer for extended periods of time;
  • Regularly required to sit for long periods of time, and occasionally stand and walk;
  • Regularly required to use hands to operate computer and other office equipment;
  • Close vision required for computer usage;
  • Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, climb and lift up to 20 pounds;
