We’re looking for a passionate Physical Therapist to join our busy, patient-centered outpatient ortho clinic in Woburn. Whether you're early in your career or a seasoned clinician, you’ll thrive in a collaborative, upbeat environment where mentorship and autonomy go hand-in-hand.

• $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Full-Time, Monday–Friday

- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic conditions (spine, joints, post-op)

- Create customized treatment plans focused on functional recovery

- Educate patients on recovery expectations and home exercises

- Collaborate with providers and fellow therapists

- Maintain compliant, accurate documentation (EMR)

- DPT and Massachusetts PT license

- 1–2+ years’ outpatient ortho or sports rehab experience preferred (new grads welcome)

- Strong interpersonal and team skills

- Ability to manage a full caseload while keeping patients engaged
