THE POSITION

Join our compassionate team at Grace Ridge Retirement Community as an Activities Supervisor and play a vital role in creating engaging and dynamic experiences for our community. As the Activities Supervisor, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of a wide range of activities and events, ensuring they are fun, inclusive, and enriching for all participants. Your leadership and creativity will inspire both staff and participants, fostering a vibrant and welcoming environment. Associate’s degree required. Bachelor’s preferred. Experience and training in Recreational Programming, therapeutic recreation, group dynamics and supervising employees and BLS through the American Heart Association (AHA) are required.
