Oversee workflows and service standards, providing support on complex accounts as needed.

Collaborate with Producers, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to drive client retention, business growth, and departmental objectives.

Act as a client escalation point, ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, and consistency.

7–10 years of Commercial Lines insurance experience, including leadership or supervisory roles.

Active Property & Casualty license. BA degree preferred.

Deep knowledge of commercial insurance products, coverages, and markets.

Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive performance.

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in agency management systems (EPIC, AMS360, or equivalent).
