We’re currently seeking a Maintenance Manager who is passionate about creating a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment for everyone who walks through our doors.


What You’ll Do:
  • Lead and supervise the maintenance department to ensure the facility and grounds are safe, functional, and beautiful.
  • Perform regular maintenance and repairs—or coordinate with trusted vendors when needed.
  • Oversee utility systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) to ensure uninterrupted service.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
  • Manage department budgets and supply requisitions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and uphold our high standards of care.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, codes, and safety regulations (OSHA, HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
  • Proven leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
  • Experience in a healthcare or similar environment is a plus.
Requirements:
  • Must pass a state-specific background check prior to working with residents.
  • Ability to manage a Maintenance Assistant (if applicable).
  • Commitment to punctuality and reliability.

Education & Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Graduation from a technical or trade school preferred
Licenses & Certifications
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license issued by the state in which the facility operates
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in building maintenance
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred
  • Experience in a long-term care facility is a plus
