As a Support Partner, you’ll work one-on-one with a person with disabilities, empowering independence and inclusion in their home and community. Your role will include:

• Community Engagement – Help create meaningful connections and experiences.
• Daily Living Support – Assist with personal care, communication, transportation, and social/recreational activities.
• Advocacy – Support self-determination and equity for ALL people.

• Location: Nazareth, PA
• Schedule: part-time or full-time opportunity available
• Available Shifts:

Full-time (38 hours/week)

• Sunday: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
• Tuesday: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Thursday: 2:00 PM - Friday 8:00 AM (afternoon/evening/overnight)
• Full-time employees enjoy generous PTO and benefits!

Part-time (22 hours/week)

• Friday: 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Saturday 5:00 PM - Sunday 10:00AM (evening/overnight)

Part-time (19 hours/ week)

• Friday 10:00PM - Saturday 5:00 PM (evening/overnight/afternoon)

He’s looking for a mature, experienced Support Partner who is flexible, patient, calm, and detail-oriented. • Provide verbal and physical support at home and in the community
• Assist with hygiene needs
• Help with shopping and meal preparation

• Support participation in community activities
• Maintain routines and schedules

• Personal or professional experience supporting people with intellectual disabilities and mental health diagnoses is a plus.
