Construction Project Manager in San Clemente, California at Palm Capital Group LLC

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  
• Resolve conflicts and issues that arise on-site in a timely and effective manner.
  
• Maintain regular communication with clients, and team members.
  
• Provide regular project updates and progress reports to senior management.
  
• Ensures project compliance with all r polices, OSHA requirements, federal/state/local regulations and Joint Commission requirements.
  
• Supervise and coordinate on-site activities, subcontractors, and labor crews.
  
• Ensure safety regulations and quality standards are strictly followed.
  
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost reports.
  
• Review and approve invoices, change orders, and vendor contracts.
  
• Develop and manage detailed project plans and construction schedules.
  
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other consultants during the planning stage
  
• General understanding and experience with construction trades
  
• Manage multiple projects and work crews on various worksites and their weekly routine
  

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  
• 5+ years of proven experience in construction project management.
  
• Experience with large scale construction projects.
  
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  
• Proficient in project management software
  
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
