I'm excited to be seeking a Chief Tasting Officer to join our team at Premium Potatoes HQ in Traverse City, MI 49686. As the Chief Tasting Officer, you will be responsible for leading our tasting team in creating innovative and delicious potato products for our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee all tasting procedures and protocols
- Lead tastings to determine the flavor profiles of new potato products
- Collaborate with the product development team to create new and exciting potato dishes
- Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure we are using the highest quality ingredients
- Stay current on industry trends and incorporate new flavors and techniques into our products
- Train and mentor tasting team members
- Ensure that all tasting team members adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in food science, culinary arts, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in food tasting and development
- Strong palate and ability to identify flavors and aromas
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
