Position Summary:
As a Mobile Product Owner at RPM Healthcare, you will be the driving force behind creating exceptional mobile experiences that seamlessly integrate with our AI Health Coach platform. You'll own the complete mobile product lifecycle, from ideation to quality assurance, ensuring our applications set new standards in healthcare technology through innovative design and robust performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Quality & Testing Leadership:
    • Own mobile product quality strategy and testing frameworks
    • Lead automated regression testing for iOS and Android
    • Establish device compatibility matrices and performance benchmarks
    • Drive app performance improvements and testing initiatives across devices/OS
  • Mobile Innovation & Development:
    • Architect intuitive, user-friendly mobile experiences
    • Implement creative solutions for complex healthcare workflows
    • Optimize app performance, including battery consumption
    • Leverage native mobile capabilities for cutting-edge features
  • Quality Assurance Ownership:
    • Develop test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and UI testing frameworks
    • Lead simulator-based testing and bug triage processes
    • Monitor crash reports, user feedback, and app performance benchmarks
    • Implement performance monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives
  • AI Integration & API Excellence:
    • Design API integration patterns and optimize data sync strategies
    • Implement offline capabilities and real-time data consistency
    • Create smooth AI interaction flows for mobile apps
  • Agile Process Leadership:
    • Lead sprint planning with a quality-first mindset
    • Manage product backlog with clear acceptance criteria
    • Prioritize features and define sprint scope
    • Facilitate sprint ceremonies and champion continuous improvement
Required Qualifications:
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Strong understanding of mobile development ecosystems
    • Experience with mobile testing frameworks and tools
    • Knowledge of API integration patterns and best practices
    • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps
    • Understanding of mobile performance optimization
  • Quality Focus:
    • Experience with mobile testing automation
    • Knowledge of mobile app performance metrics
    • Understanding of mobile security best practices
    • Experience with crash analytics tools
    • Background in quality assurance methodologies
  • Innovation & Creativity:
    • Proven track record of implementing innovative mobile solutions
    • Experience with modern UI/UX patterns
    • Creative problem-solving abilities
    • Strong design thinking approach
  • Agile Expertise:
    • CSPO certification preferred
    • Experience with Agile tools and methodologies
    • Strong backlog management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Healthcare domain experience
  • Experience with TestFlight and Play Console
  • Knowledge of mobile analytics platforms
  • Understanding of HIPAA compliance
  • Experience with BDD/TDD approaches
Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience with mobile security testing
  • Knowledge of accessibility testing
  • Background in performance optimization
  • Experience with A/B testing
  • Understanding of mobile analytics
Compensation: Salary range for this position is $85,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
