Whse - Sprinkler at SPS COMPANIES INC – Johnston, Iowa

SPS Fire has an immediate opening for a full-time welder at our growing operation in Johnston, IA. SPS Fire provides premier Fire Protection products and Fabrication to the greater Des Moines area, as well as across Iowa.

A strong mechanical aptitude and welding experience is required for this position, as we do need someone that is capable of welding and possess the mechanical ability to be trained to operate our equipment. We offer medical and dental, as well as the ability to contribute to a 401k.

Candidates should be prepared to take a brief welding assessment with our staff to determine skill level at time of interview.

This is a full-time position, M-F, 7am to 3:30pm

Salary is $20.00 per hour to start, with yearly performance-based reviews.
