As we grow, we’re expanding our support coverage and looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Support Representative who’s tech-savvy, empathetic, and energized by helping others succeed.
What You'll Do:
- Provide outstanding customer support to users via email, live chat, and occasional video calls.
- Troubleshoot product issues related to user setup, job board integrations, calendars, applicant flows, and more.
- Escalate bugs or feature requests to the product and engineering teams with clear documentation.
- Translate customer feedback into actionable insights and help improve our help center content (English and Spanish).
- Maintain high customer satisfaction while managing multiple conversations and prioritizing efficiently.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering Teams
What We're Looking For:
- Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- 1–3 years of experience in a customer support role (SaaS or HR tech a big plus).
- Familiarity with support platforms like Jira and Hubspot
- Comfort with technical troubleshooting (browsers, integrations, user permissions).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills—you stay calm under pressure and know how to explain things simply.
- Self-motivated and organized; experience working in a remote setting preferred.
- Bonus: Familiarity with ATS systems or HR processes.
