Overview

We are looking for a passionate and responsible senior Front-End Developer with at least 5+ years of experience and expertise with ReactJS to join our team, who should be able to create a functional and attractive platform while mentoring the team members and ensuring great user experience.

Key results

1. Connect with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide better solutions.
2. Able to solve potential problems.
3. Writing reusable code considering edge cases and unpredictable user behaviour
4. Taking ownership of the projects/workstreams and managing it end-to-end
5. Design thinking and building solutions with scalability and stability in mind.

Key activities

1. Building UI/UX from scratch and improving the existing one
2. Managing, developing and enhancing modules for front-end
3. Writing quality code with proper documentation/comments and best practices
4. Reviewing code for team members and keep them motivated
5. Communicating the work progress with stakeholders
6. Performing other relevant day to day operational tasks

Areas of responsibilities

1. The assigned projects from end-to-end
2. Communication from the design phase/requirements to announcing the launch
3. Being a team player or working independently as applicable
4. Supporting team members, helping them and mentor them when needed

Critical factors for success

1. Experience of 5+ years as a frontend developer
2. Must have experience in ReactJS, React Hooks, React ContextAPI, MySQL, Material UI
3. Good to have experience working with Typescript, PHP Laravel, MongoDB, GraphQL
4. System Design experience would be preferred
5. Ability to take leadership/ownership in ambiguous situations, even when unsupervised
6. Seamless communication with your manager and other team members
