Ice Cream Scoopologist – 16yrs or older can apply

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Master of all scooping and topping skills and of the expediter position
• Know menu specifications and recipes
• Place all requested toppings on all sundaes and ice cream products to specification.
• Direct others to scoop appropriate ice cream flavors into sundae dishes per spec.
• Sequence orders for timely completion and delivery.
• Assist others as needed to maintain speed of production of sundaes and fountain beverages.
• Assist in expediting of finished products to guests to deliver outstanding quality ice cream treats.
• Complete on-shift procedures per specification.
• Follow all food safety procedures and handle allergens appropriately.
• Learn the computer system to enter to-go orders / process payment.
• Have fun and make awesome looking desserts!
