Supervisor Patient Care - Rehab Unit in North Kansas City, Missouri at North Kansas City Hospital

SUMMARY: Interface with the director and clinical nursing staff to provide leadership in improving and maintaining the delivery of care processes for a Medical-Surgical unit and to assume delegated responsibility for the implementation of daily operations.

EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years specialty experience. Previous charge nurse experience preferred.

OTHER: Basic computer skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

LICENSE/CERT: Required: BLS (Basic Life Support) from AHA (American Heart Association), RN (Registered Nurse) State of Missouri

EDUCATION: Required: Bachelors - Nursing, Preferred: Masters - Nursing
