Programmer Analyst Interfaces at Crouse Hospital – Syracuse, New York

Under the direction of management, perform duties of Programmer Analyst - Interfaces including but not limited to planning, design, programming, implementation, documentation and maintenance on complex, technically oriented computerized systems. Requirements: EDUCATION: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related discipline and/ or acceptable equivalent combination of education, training and experience. EXPERIENCE: Minimum three to five years programming experience. HL7, XML, TCL or PERL programming skills on a UNIX platform in the healthcare industry preferred. Solid understanding of programming concepts and techniques. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, be self motiviated with the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Must be able to provide systems support off-hours as needed.
