Position Overview

We're seeking an experienced Executive Assistant who understands and has worked with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). In addition to leading various activities, including executive assistance across a spectrum of activities, office management, internal communications, and ad hoc projects, this role will support executive leadership while helping maintain and strengthen our organization's EOS implementation.

We seek someone who demonstrates good judgment, exhibits strong written and verbal communication skills, respects and protects confidentiality, is detail-oriented, and is adept at anticipating the needs of those they support. Equally important is someone who enjoys learning new things, getting out of their comfort zone to stretch their capabilities, and further developing their skill set in a way that is gratifying personally and professionally.

EOS-Specific Duties

· Manage and coordinate Level 10 Meetings™, including agenda preparation, documentation of to-dos, and issues list management

· Maintain the organization's Scorecard, gathering weekly metrics from department heads

· Support the maintenance and updating of the company's Vision/Traction Organizer ™ (V/TO)

· Track Rocks (90-day priorities) and help ensure accountability

· Assist in preparing quarterly and annual planning session materials

Executive Support

· Manage complex calendaring and scheduling, ensuring executive's time aligns with company priorities

· Handle correspondence and communications

· Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries

· Process expense reports and manage receipts

· Create and edit presentations and documents

· Act as a gatekeeper and primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

Administrative Leadership

· Coordinate cross-departmental projects and initiatives

· Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems

· Plan and execute team events and meetings

· Manage office operations and vendor relationships as needed

· 5+ years of executive assistant experience

· Demonstrated experience with EOS tools and processes

· Exceptional organizational and time management skills

· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

· Previous experience in an EOS-run company

· Certification or formal training in EOS implementation

· Project management experience

· Experience supporting C-level executives
