Our Bussers provide essential support to our captains and captain assistants in each evening's service. The busser will be

responsible for complete set-up of the dining room, from cleaning and configuration of tables, to setting up all plates,setting up the barista station, polishing, cleaning duties and service utensils for service.
During service, the busser will assist captains with table maintenance, ensuring tables are marked correctly with utensilsand glassware in a timely manner. The busser should be comfortable with movements in the dining room according tofine-dining standards and be able to efficiently complete tasks in a busy environment. The Busser will assist with water,coffee, and tea service.

Qualities Required:

• Have a minimum 2 years' experience in hospitality or customer service.
• Be friendly, social, and like to interact with staff and guests; Be a team player.
• Be very meticulous, efficient, and open to learning and suggestions.
• Be prompt, reliable, and always carry a gracious and hospitable attitude.
• Have a minimum knowledge of food and beverage.
• Have a strong personality. Be determined to deliver a detailed and high level of luxury service.

Responsibilities:

• Assist captains/captain assistants during service with table maintenance (clearing, marking, any guest needs).
• Prepare trays, plates, utensils, napkins for service.
• Set and reset tables during service.
• Mark and clear tables, as needed.
• Polish and refill glassware station, polish cutlery during service.
• Make sure to clear tables and be responsible when handling luxury equipment.
• Align tables and chairs in the dining room setting dining room tables.
• Constantly keep an eye on guests' water level.
• Prepare coffee and tea for the guests.
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and all other areas of the front of the house.
• Break down N/A beverage and coffee station.
• Be responsible for weekly cleaning side work.
• Keep a constant eye on the guest to anticipate need and report to a manager when a guest is unhappy.
• Additional duties and tasks deemed necessary by management.
