This position is responsible for reviewing referrals for outpatient infusion medications and treatments, coordinating with clinical staff to assess patient clinical needs against established treatment guidelines and standards, collecting and submitting necessary clinical documentation for referral, communicating with patient insurance providers, and coordinating with infusion services providers to ensure patients receive appropriate infusion care.
