Laundry Worker in Bolivar, Missouri at Citizens Memorial

Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is recruiting a Laundry Worker in our Laundry Department.

A typical day will include: Utilizes protective gear in all appropriate functions.Laundry Workers perform a variety of tasks such as collecting and sorting linens, loading and unloading machines and folding clean linen.Operates computer-operated washers and dryers.Responsibilities include counting and recording the linen processed each day, making proper deliveries to units and, cleaning and sanitizing the work area including; machines, work tables and sorting area.Work involves pulling and pushing, twisting, bending and reaching from floor to waist height and from waist to chest level.Reports equipment/cleaning products needs and or malfunctions to supervisor.Performs laundry activities within well established guidelines to ensure that quality, safety and customer service expectations are met.

The position is: PRN Days, 6:30am-2pm
