- Manage the full accounting cycle for a corporate entity, including preparing account reconciliations, journals, and supporting working papers.
- Review and analyze a corporate entity’s income statement and balance sheet to provide variance analysis on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Assist in the preparation of quarter-end and year-end schedules for the financial statements and the management discussion and analysis.
- Prepare schedules for internal and external reporting.
- Performing treasury functions such as bank reconciliations, wire transfers and draw-downs.
- Support the budget process for corporate entities.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Active pursuit of the CPA designation.
- University degree or equivalent.
- Strong interest in the field of commercial real estate, accounting & finance.
- An assertive self-starter with the ability to work independently or under supervision.
- A collaborative worker and effective team player.
- Good judgment and decision-making skills.
- Resilience, passion and a commitment to deliver and be accountable for the results.
- Analytical and critical thinker.
- Effective communicator, both verbally and in writing.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Allied determines individual compensation by work location and other factors, including relevant experience, education and internal equity.
