The University of Kentucky College of Medicine Department of Ophthalmology is seeking an Assistant Professor to join our Oculoplastics practice. This position supports the department’s mission of clinical care, teaching, and scholarly activity, with opportunities for professional growth within a comprehensive academic medical center.

We are seeking an Oculplastics faculty to join our group of physicians that are committed to excellence in clinical care, instruction, scholarly activity and professional development. The successful candidate must have completed an accredited American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (ASOPRS) fellowship. Responsibilities include:

The UK College of Medicine Department of Ophthalmology is a strong, multidisciplinary team of more than 180 people dedicated to advancing Kentucky health care together. Our department encompasses 37 faculty members, 122 staff members and 24 learners.

Each year, providers in the department see 140,000+ patient visits at 17 clinical sites. The department trains 24 residents and fellows across 8 accredited programs, while also contributing to the education of medical students and graduate trainees.
