POSITION OVERVIEW
-
The Monitor Technician (MT), under the direct supervision of the registered nurse, is responsible for the continued monitoring and observation of the patients cardiac rhythm, indirect care by performing clerical duties and direct care by performing PSA duties.

Education:

High School Graduate or GED preferred

Experience:

Previous health care experience preferred

Knowledge, skills and abilities required:

Ability to communicate verbally and in written form

CPR required, Certified in AHA BLS Healthcare Providers within 6 months
