  • Technical School Degree or 5 years’ experience in one of the following electrical, plumbing, or HVAC fields.

  Minimum Experience
  • 5 years’ experience as a maintenance worker in an institutional or industrial setting required.

  Required Registration/License/Certification
  • Driver’s License
• 
  Preferred Education
  • Certification or License in one of the following: Electrical, Plumbing, or HVAC fields.
• 
  Preferred Experience
  • Minimum of one-year experience in a health care environment preferred.

  Preferred Registration/License/Certification
  • Electrical Journeyman
  • HVAC Journeyman
  • Plumbers Journeyman
