  • JOB RELATIONSHIPS
    • Responsible to the Clinical Director. Reports to RN for shift supervision. Supervises other LPN’s and unlicenced personnel as delegated by the Charge RN.
  • DEFINITION OF POSITION
    • The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for direct and indirect nursing care of assigned patients under the direct supervision of a registered nurse and in the context of the Nursing Practice Act, State of North Carolina.
  • QUALIFICATIONS
    • Professional
      • Current license to practice as an LPN in North Carolina.
      • Current BLS Healthcare Provider certification.
