JOB SUMMARY
The Employee Experience Specialist at BHS supports Employee Experience programs such as Engagement, Recognition, Onboarding, Orientation, and Retention. This role supports a diverse set of projects, initiatives, and programs that enable the BHS team to continue to grow, develop, and foster a great company culture. This person will be working with and reporting to the Director of Organizational Development. The main responsibilities will include several business-critical programs, including but not limited to New Employee Orientation, Onboarding Experience, Employee Engagement, Retention Strategies, and partnership with the Total Rewards and Wellness teams relative to Wellbeing initiatives. This position will be accountable for performance measures, action plans and ownership of data analytics relative to Employee Experience.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Education/Training/Experience:
- REQUIRED:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years in project management, office management, event planning, employee experience, or applicable role
- High energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally and efficiently
- Superior organizational skills and impeccable follow-through on tasks
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking
- Thoroughly plan and implement programs with multiple work streams and dependencies and ensure that end-to-end strategy is accomplished
- Confidently present material to large audiences virtually and in-person
- Unmatched passion for evolving the way we work with one another
- PREFERRED:
- A high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
