At RCS, we are looking for Behavior Technicians to join our team and do just that. We have been providing the highest quality of ABA services for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other developmental disabilities throughout Massachusetts for over 25 years.

Home Service Behavior Therapist positions are available in: Woburn, Malden, Medford, Everett, Chelsea, Somerville, Framingham

Center Based: Natick, Woburn

Your responsibilities as an ABA Behavior Technician:

• Work 1:1 with children in our center in Natick, Woburn, or in client's homes in MetroWest or North Shore
• Data collection
• Graphing
• Working collaboratively families and other providers

Qualifications:

• Enjoy working with children Have an interest in Applied Behavior Analysis, psychology, human services, or a related field
• Preferably have or be working towards a Bachelor’s degree
• Able to work afternoon and evening hours
• Reliable transportation
• Candidates with an Associate’s Degree and experience may be considered
• Experience working as a babysitter, nanny, paraprofessional, tutor, camp counselor, or coach
• Able to submit a transcript
