CHMC-Wound Care-Office Receptionist-Temporary Full Time- Day Shift-Primary Shift 8a-4p- Req 7560

The Office Receptionist requires a self-directing individual to assist the staff of the Wound Healing Center to provide an inviting, welcoming environment in which clients may receive desired services with maximum confidentiality, privacy, efficiency and effectiveness. This position interacts with clients, guests, staff and consultants with respect and discretion. It supports the operations of the service with highly developed administrative/organizational/record-keeping/clerical and interpersonal skills; can organize and work effectively with a broad scope of multiple tasks.

EDUCATION:

Required:

• Two year degree or equivalent experience in secretarial science, business, or related field

TRAINING and EXPERIENCE:

Required:

• Computer skills including word processing/spreadsheet/data base program

• Familiarity with medical terminology

• Ability to organize and work efficiently with multiple tasks

• Demonstrates friendliness, respect and helping attitude with patients, visitors, guests, and staff
