Burrito Apprentice at Roburritos, LLC. – Dallastown, Pennsylvania

Job Purpose:
To Assist customers in ordering and assist in filling those orders in a correct and timely manner. Help prepare food by doing the routine and day to day tasks that are necessary to produce our quality products.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Responsible for producing burritos, burrito related products and a customer service experience that are up to our high quality standards.
• Preps and executes all menu items.
• Aware of Roburritos ticket time standards.
• Assists managers to maintain proper food par levels.
• Practice mise en place to ensure proper setup and preparation in the kitchen.
• Follows all opening, and closing procedures as directed by checklists and direction of the manager.
• Correctly operate the P.O.S. system to accurately ring in customer orders.
• Assist with general upkeep and cleanliness of the store and premises.

Qualifications:

• Ability to operate P.O.S register system.
• Ability to understand basic email programs.
• Ability to read & write simple instructions and correspondence.
• Ability to exhibit a cheerful and helpful attitude and provide exceptional customer service and take an enthusiastic approach to all assignments.
• Ability to adapt to changing customer volume levels with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to demonstrate a complete understanding of the menu.
• Ability to be cross-trained in all areas of the restaurant.
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb and/or balance; regularly lift and / or move up to 50 pounds; talk and hear.
